* Paint correction services require a non-refundable 30% prepayment

* Active Military, Veterans, Teachers, Nurses, EMT, and Firefighters are eligible for 10% off all services
* Some level of paint correction is required in most cases prior to a ceramic paint coating
* Pre-existing swirl marks, marring, scratches, scuffs, scrapes, to the painted surface will be remedied to the best of our abilities.
* Pre-existing Water spots – Water spots caused by hard water (mineral deposits), will be remedied to the best of our abilities.
** We will inspect the condition of your vehicle’s painted surfaces and provide a report. We can also perform this service on a vehicle you intend to purchase prior to the sale.
Exclusions
Center X Auto Detailing is not resposible for:
1. Third party damage deemed to be caused by carelessness, negligence or a failure to maintain the exterior surfaces in the correct manner.
2. Pre-existing damage to any painted surfaces or any other area of substandard specification, materials or workmanship by vehicle manufacturer, their dealership, third-party supplier or modifier, or professional detailers not authorized by Center X Auto Detailing.
3. Damage to the coated surface by incorrect manual wash techniques, automatic car washes, brushes, or contaminated wash tools that may cause abrasion or damage caused by a third party not authorized by Center X Auto Detailing.
4. Failed Clear Coat – Peeling, Hazing and Fading or any claim for matters which are covered by vehicle manufacturers’ warranty.
5. Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, malicious damage, fire, hail, flood, stones, collision, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, water etch, or vehicle manufacturer’ defects, or defects which may be covered under a manufacturers or dealerships protection plan.
6. Areas that have not been retreated after a paint repair.
7. Any loss of time or use of the vehicle while it undergoes inspections or treatments.
